Ever wonder why Oreos taste the same in California and New York? After a break for midterms, the Faculty Research Series resumes on Thursday, October 22. Please join Dean Nancy Clark (History) and Professor John Finley (Food Science) in the East Laville lobby as they discuss post-Apartheid property rights in South Africa and new opportunities in foods and health. This is a great chance to eat some free food, see what your professors do outside of class, and gain ideas or sources for your own research! Stop by the East Laville lobby on Thursday, October 22nd from 5:30-7 PM, and don’t forget to mark your calendars for 5:30 PM on October 29 and November 5 to see what else the series has to offer you!
