We all use social media and electronic communication but are you using it to paint yourself in the best light and get the response you want? Is there protocol for communicating at the university level that is different from high school?

Find out from a certified etiquette expert how to properly utilize digital media to contact professors, prospective employers and others, and how to represent yourself in the best way possible through digital media.
