Gateway to China Program Application

Apply for the Honors College's annual trip to China

Up to twenty current LSU Honors College students will be selected for the expenses-paid Gateway to China Summer Program. Those interested in applying must complete and submit this application by Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Finalists will be selected to schedule an interview after submitting an application. Application, interview, and academic status will determine final selection.

To be eligible, applicant:

must be currently enrolled as a first-semester freshman student at LSU for the fall 2009 semester.
must be in good academic standing with the Honors College.
must be 18 years of age or older on or before May 20, 2010.
must enroll in an HNRS seminar course in the spring 2010 semester upon selection. (Specific course TBA.)
may not be a previous participant of the Gateway to China Summer Program.
