Applying for LSU Scholarships
The LSU Application for Undergraduate Admission is also the application for all entering freshman scholarships. LSU awards scholarships in the form of direct cash awards, tuition and nonresident fee exemptions, room and board scholarships, and employment opportunities to students meeting certain academic qualifications.

Early completion of the FAFSA (beginning in January) is recommended as this provides eligibility for scholarships that have early award timelines.
The priority date for full consideration for all scholarship programs is November 15. For more information about general LSU scholarship programs, contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission and Student Aid.
