In-depth study of three subject areas within finance; namely, asset allocation, financial markets, and time value of money, as well as learning about career opportunities in the field of finance. Asset management entails managing a portfolio of stocks, analyzing securities, diversifying across various asset classes, measuring the performance of portfolios as well as hedging risks using options and futures.

Understanding the time value of money is essential. This course will help you gain a firm grasp of its many aspects and its real-world applications. We will cover issues ranging from an introduction of financial mathematics to calculating present/future values and return on investment (ROI) as well as understanding loan amortization.
