This seminar is designed to familiarize students with the white power movement. This highly topical course aims to expose students to the history on white supremacy in the United States and trace the evolution and adaptations of the far-right. The emphasis in this course is to critically evaluate what we know about the far-right, its relationship to mainstream society, and what public policies can and should be used to deter crime and violence.
