What can you do with a B.A. in English?  Do you have to major in political science to go to law school?  What are the advantages to having a liberal arts degree?  Professionals with arts & humanities degrees working in various career fields will share information about what they do (career-wise), how they prepared for it and why an A&H degree helped them. They will also offer tips on career decision making, gaining practical experience, and creative opportunities for arts and humanities majors.

Panelists include:

Zack Godshall, LSU English Filmmaker-in-Residence;

Chris Odinet, attorney;

Stafford Kendall, owner of Covalent Logic;

Chris Stelly, director of LA Film Commission;

James Wilcox, LSU Creative Writing and formerly Random House.

This is a great opportunity for students to ask any and all questions they have about these career fields - and grab some free food at the same time
