In this panel, current and former Honors College students who have completed an internship or volunteered abroad will discuss their experiences. Panelists will cover how they first learned of the opportunity, what they gained from the experience, tips for applying, and how to make the most of time spent abroad. Current students who are preparing for their own internship or travel abroad experiences are encouraged to attend. Panelists will take questions and free food will be provided!

Panelists include:

-Logan de la Barre-Hays; studied in Morocco on a Critical Language Scholarship

-Aimee Landry; interned in Germany

-Grant Messer; volunteered on a medical trip in Cameroon

-Tom Holsteen; volunteered on mission trip to Thailand

-Catherine Lowe; studied in France and lived in a convent

-Matt Landrieu; went on Honors College abroad program to South Africa, remained to study at University of Stellenbosch
