Virtual Drop-in Advising

For quick questions related to scheduling, Ogden Honors advisors are available for virtual drop-in advising from Monday, March 21 through Wednesday, March 30, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT daily. These sessions will be limited to ten (10) minutes and will not count towards required annual advising.

Students can check-in for a virtual drop-in through Navigate Student. No appointment is necessary. At or around the time that you are available to meet, follow the steps below to join the virtual drop-in queue:

1. MAIN MENU: Select Appointments on the main menu of Navigate Student.
2. APPOINTMENTS: Once in the Appointments section, select Schedule an Appointment at the bottom of the screen
3. NEW APPOINTMENT: To meet with an advisor during this period, select View Drop-In Times under “Other Options” at the bottom of the screen.
4. AVAILABLE CARE UNIT: Select Academic Advising.
5. WHAT TYPE OF APPOINTMENT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SCHEDULE: Select Academic Advising.
6. SERVICE: Select Advising as the service.
7. FIND AVAILABLE TIMES: Select the blue Find Available Times button.
8. VERIFY LOCATION: You will then need to verify your location as Ogden Honors College.
9. SELECT: Check in first available.

Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served, first-available basis. Wait times will vary. You will receive a text message and/or email with a Zoom meeting link when an academic advisor is available. Students not present in the Zoom meeting within 10 minutes may be marked as no-show and required to rejoin the queue.
