FOCUS Hosting Info Sessions Tonight

Students work on art projects during FOCUS 2011

The student-run Honors College organization Focusing on College and Unlimited Success (FOCUS) is hosting information sessions in Acadian Hall and West Laville Hall for Honors students interested in joining FOCUS. 

FOCUS is an arts, humanities, and science summer immersion program for high school students that was named one of ten winners of the Chancellor’s Sesquicentennial Service Award.

The organization aims to “expand the opportunities for high-achieving, at-risk high school students while also offering leadership development and service-learning experiences for LSU Honors College students."

The times and locations of the sessions are as follows:

 

Acadian Hall Lobby 5:30-7:00

West Laville Hall Lobby 5:30-7:00

Acadian Hall Lobby 7:00-8:30

West Laville Hall Lobby 7:00-8:30
